The Healing Power of Music

This art piece was created using vinyl record covers for the background and acrylic paint. The face, music notes and heart are made from vinyl record pieces. Inside the heart is a scripture written with sharpie on construction paper. If you move from left to right, you can see the face turn from sad to happy. A little piece of vinyl on the side of the mouth helps to make that happen. This piece captures the essence of music and the effect it can have on an aching soul.
